Blair has to decide between meeting Chuck at the Empire State Building or risking their entire future together. Gossip about Dan causes problems for Nate and Serena. Meanwhile, Georgina Sparks (Michelle Trachtenberg) returns to the Upper East Side and she has an agenda on her mind. Vanessa leaves for an intership with CNN in Haiti. And Jenny hits rock bottom and turns to Chuck for some comfort which causes Blair to banish her from the Upper East Side… forever.

The title for the episode comes from the 1972 film, Last Tango in Paris.
